The last stock market competition was a success. Over half the team (29 students) registered. The winner by a very small margin, with an average take of $9,800 per student, was the first rotation or "R2". Both rotations were hit by a downturn in the market at the end. Students are anxious for a new challenge.

The new stock market competition "averill2" has been created on the virtualstockexchange.com website. As before, you will need to allow students to use your email address to register. Registration will not be possible once the competition begins.

Once logged in, students should click the "competition" link at the top of the screen and enter "averill2" as the competition ID. Click "join" and choose "already registered". The competition password is "averill2". REGISTRATIONS AFTER FEBRUARY 13 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
