MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF

THE ZIONSVILLE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD

June 12, 2002

The Zionsville Board of Park and Recreation met in executive session on Wednesday, June 12, 2002 at 7:00 p.m., at the Zionsville Town Hall. Board members George Tikijian, Linda Oxenrider, Deb Ruckman and Art Small were present. Dick Crane, Town Council President, Roger Burrus, Board Counsel and Al Smith, Park Superintendent were also present.

The Board discussed strategy with respect to the purchase or lease of real property. The Board discussed no subject matter other than the aforementioned. The notice of Executive Session is attached.
