MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF

THE ZIONSVILLE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD

October 29, 2003

The Zionsville Board of Park and Recreation met Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. Board members George Tikijian, Art Small, and Tim East were present. Roger Burrus, Board Counsel and Al Smith, Park Superintendent were also present.

John Jackson, Ratio Architects presented three preliminary conceptual plans for the New Park property. There was a great deal of discussion on the plans. The audience (estimated at 25 to 30) by an informal vote overwhelmingly preferred conceptual plan #3. Ratio Architects will present a refined conceptual plan #3, at the November 12, 2003 Park Board meeting.
